Economic Freedom Front Tshwane ward councillor candidate‚ Thabo Mabotja‚ is “on his own” because the EFF disapproved of his racist Facebook call.

Mabotja called for white people to be "hacked and killed" on Facebook page.
The EFF made this decision before the Electoral Court ruled on Friday that he has been disqualified from the local government candidate nomination list.
The party and its leadership distanced itself from Mabotja’s comments. EFF leader Julius Malema was quoted by eNCA as saying Mabotja was on his own because of the comments he made.
"We took a clear‚ conscious decision that we don’t want to get involved‚" Malema told eNCA. "Anyone who contradicts the Electoral Act in the name of the EFF – that person is on his own."
Mabotja first appeared in the Electoral Court on Thursday and the matter was postponed with judgment being handed down today.
